Unbelievable characters like this lead me to stop listening to Lisa Scottline. I will eagerly read more of his books. This book didn't do too much for me.

Finally, while the character's dad's health issues and bad attitude provided a mildly interesting side story, I think the author spent too much time on the father-son relationship. .
